Publication Description
PNNL explored three alternative strategies for high throughput proteomics measurements using hybrid FTMS instruments.
Methodology
PNNL investigated three approaches for shotgun protein identification by combining MS and MS/MS information obtained in MudPIT experiments using LTQ-Orbitrap and showed improved protein identification sensitivity for low-abundance proteins when the results from MS and MS/MS analyses are combined.
